Search entries
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider operating that tool. Lebanon County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms apply to the data it receives.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we retain enough information to review and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Information
Standard web systems may record technical details when a page loads:
- Internet Protocol address

- The referring website, when available
- Date and time stamps

Pennsylvania public records held by agencies are governed by the Right-to-Know Law and other access rules, not by this private-site notice. Contact the agency that created an official record for questions about that record.
